Terms of Service
These terms apply to purchases of the Solenne Framer template ("the Template") from Promopark Studio, a brand of Promopark LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we", "us"). By buying the Template you agree to them.
1. The product
The Template is a digital website template for the Framer platform. It is delivered as a Framer Remix link together with a PDF setup guide. It is a product, not a service: we do not build, host or manage your website unless you separately agree to that in writing. You need your own Framer account to use it. Framer plans, hosting and domains are bought from Framer and are not included in the price.
2. Price and payment
The price is shown on the product page in US dollars and is a one-time payment, with no subscription. Payments are processed by our payment providers (currently Stripe and/or Creem). Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details.
3. Delivery
Delivery is digital and takes place immediately after successful payment, by access to your Remix link and guide on the confirmation page. If you do not receive access, email promoparkllc@gmail.com with your payment receipt and we will resend it.
4. License
When you buy the Template you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license to use it for one end project, either your own business website or one website for one client. You may customize it freely. You may not:
- resell, sublicense, share, give away or redistribute the Template, its Remix link or its files, in original or modified form;
- list or publish the Template, or a derivative that is substantially the same, on any marketplace or template store;
- use one license for more than one end project (buy an additional license for each).
We keep ownership of the Template and its design. Fonts, plugins and third-party components used in the Template remain subject to their own licenses; images included in the demo are AI-generated and may be used in your project. You are responsible for the licenses of any assets you add.
5. Updates and support
Template updates are free and are made available through Framer's template update mechanism or by email, at our discretion and without a guaranteed schedule. Support covers questions about setup and use of the Template and reports of defects. Email promoparkllc@gmail.com; we aim to reply within two business days, Monday to Friday. Support does not include custom design or development, which is offered separately as a paid service on request.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Your content and legal pages
The Template includes sample Privacy, Terms, Cancellation and Accessibility pages for the fictional demo clinic. They are placeholders only and are not legal advice. Before you publish, replace them with policies that match your own business and local law. The Template includes a sample consultation form and SMS-consent text; you are responsible for configuring it to comply with the laws that apply to you (for example privacy, marketing and messaging rules). The Template does not provide medical, legal or regulatory advice.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Template is provided "as is". We aim for it to work as described on the product page but cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with future Framer changes, or any particular business result such as bookings or search ranking. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Template is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law of your country of residence says otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
