Refund Policy

This policy applies to the Solenne Framer template ($99, one-time).

Refund within 14 days if the Template is defective

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the Template does not work as described on the product page and we cannot fix the problem through support. To qualify, email promoparkllc@gmail.com with your payment receipt and a short description of the issue (screenshots help). We will first try to resolve it. If we cannot, we will refund the full price.

Not refundable

Because the Template is a digital product delivered immediately, we cannot refund a purchase because you changed your mind, no longer need it, or bought it by mistake after you received the Remix link, or because of issues caused by changes you made to the Template or by Framer plan, hosting or domain choices.

Always refunded

If you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or did not receive access to the Template and we cannot deliver it, we will refund the affected amount in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically a few business days. Access to the Remix link and guide may be withdrawn once a refund is issued, and you must stop using the Template.

Disputes

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute with your bank; we respond quickly and can usually resolve the problem faster.
